1. LEADERSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY

Directors and workers shall understand their accountabilities and demonstrate appropriate leadership and commitment to eliminating, as first priority and where not possible, minimising safety, health and environment (SHE) risks so far as is reasonably practicable.

7. INCIDENT REPORTING AND INVESTIGATION

Incidents are reported, investigated with appropriate corrective actions taken and the lessons shared to prevent similar recurrence.

8. HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Workers are assessed for their fitness for work, protected from health and safety hazards associated with work activities.

9. AWARENESS COMPETENCE AND CONSULTATION

Workers are aware of the SHE hazards of the activities, the controls to manage them and are competent to undertake their tasks safely. All workers shall be involved and consulted about SHE hazards and controls.

2. RISK AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT

SHE hazards are identified in all aspects of the business and the risks eliminated, reduced or controlled to the point of being acceptable. The effect on SHE risks or performance of any changes is assessed.

 

3. STRATEGY AND PLANNING

SHE goals and targets shall be set and drive a strategic approach to the management of risks.

4. STATUTORY AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Relevant legal, regulatory and other SHE requirements are identified, accessible and complied with.

5. SHE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Measuring performance is a vital part of delivering Qube’s SHE objectives and management of operational risks.

6. ENVIRONMENT

SHE systems and behaviours are regularly reviewed and audited to ensure compliance with requirements and continuous improvement. 7.
