Step Up to the Qube Challenge

Exercise and movement are an important part of a balanced lifestyle.

At Qube we believe exercise and movement are vital to our own health and wellbeing, this is why when you target 10,000 steps per day you are not only setting a goal for yourself, but you are also working towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Recently during a 6 week period, Qube together completed the “Qube Step Up Challenge”. The challenge is designed to get individuals moving and talking about the best ways to keep active.

The campaign featured a series of fun videos which encouraged action around a common theme. These videos include tips and strategies to gain the most steps out of your working day, from taking the dog for a walk to parking 1-2 km from work and walking.
