James Fazzino

James Fazzino has had an extensive executive career in agribusiness, mining, manufacturing and chemical industries working in senior roles across a diverse range of organisations.  In particular, James was Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at industrial chemicals manufacturer Incitec Pivot Limited where he led the successful globalisation of the business including the construction of two large chemical plants in Australia and the United States.

James is a Non-Executive Director of energy infrastructure business APA Group and Chair of its Sustainability Committee.  He is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Rabobank Australia Limited, Chair of Manufacturing Australia, a Non-Executive Director (effective 1 August 2025) and upcoming Chair-elect (effective 24 October 2025) of Amotiv Limited, and a former Chair of Tassal Limited.

James holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics)(Honours) and is a Fellow of CPA Australia.

He was appointed as a Director of Qube on 22 February 2024.
