Scheme Meeting

In February 2026, Qube entered into a Scheme Implementation Deed with a consortium led by Macquarie Asset Management (the Consortium) under which the Consortium has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares in Qube by way of scheme of arrangement.

A General Scheme meeting was held as a hybrid meeting in Sydney and virtually online on 16 June 2026.
