Shareholders may also elect to receive Qube’s publicly issued company documents, such as notices of general meetings and annual reports, electronically or in physical form via the Computershare Investor Centre.
Scheme Meeting.
A General Scheme Meeting in relation to the proposal by a consortium led by Macquarie Asset Management to acquire 100% of the shares in Qube by way of scheme of arrangement, will be held as a hybrid meeting in person on June 16 2026 at the offices of Allens at Level 25, 33 Alfred Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia and virtually online through the online meeting platform.
2025 Annual General Meeting
