Cadet Program.

With an equal emphasis on the practical and technical side of learning, you will get real-world experience and on-the-job training at one of our numerous sites, when you join the Qube Cadet Program.

Whether your interests lean more towards logistics, transport, IT, business or even stevedoring, our 2-year program will allow you to try it out for yourself!

The Qube Cadet Program, sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to not only enter the logistics and/or transport industry – but to thrive within it.

The two‑year Program enables Cadets to build the knowledge and skills needed for their role while gaining invaluable exposure across Qube and real‑world industry experience.

Throughout the Program, Cadets may rotate through different areas of the business or remain in one area to develop specialist skills, before choosing the career path that is right for them, dependent on their strengths, our operational needs and role availability within Qube.

We focus on both practical and technical skills

All Cadets have the opportunity to further their education while completing the Program. There are several certificates available through our training partners, including:

• Cert III in Business
• Cert IV in Business
• Cert III in Supply Chain Operations
• Cert IV in Supply Chain Operations
• Cert IV in Work, Health & Safety
• Cert III in Information Technology
• Cert IV in Human Resources

Getting you job ready for where the jobs are!

Opportunities are also available for our cadets to pursue other Qube-approved certifications, depending on their role, location and what our business needs. This means that if there’s a role you’d like to move into after your Cadetship but there are additional skills you need, we’ll help you get there!
