Why join the Qube Cadet Program?

With an equal emphasis on the practical and technical side of learning, you will get real-world experience and on-the-job training at one of our numerous sites, when you join the Qube Cadet Program.

Whether your interests lean more towards logistics, transport, IT, business or even stevedoring, our 2-year program will allow you to try it out for yourself!

What our graduates are saying

What is the Qube Cadet Program?

The Qube Cadet Program, sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to not only enter the logistics and/or transport industry – but to thrive within it.

Our 2-year program sees graduates experience numerous roles at Qube (in the first year), giving everyone the opportunity to gain real-world experience within the industry – eventually choosing the career path that is right for them in their second year*.

* dependent on their individual strengths, our operational needs and role availability within Qube.

We focus on both practical and technical skills

While completing our 2-year program all Qube cadets have the opportunity to further their education, with a number of certificates available through our partners Programmed, including:

  • Cert III in Business
  • Cert III in Driver Operations
  • Cert III in Information Technology
  • Cert III in Supply Chain Logistics

Getting you job ready for where the jobs are!

Opportunities are also available for our cadets to pursue other Qube-approved certifications, depending on their role, location and what our business needs. This means that if there’s a role you’d like to move into after your Cadetship but there are additional skills you need, we’ll help you get there!
