To recognise, celebrate and reward the teammates who live and breathe our values, we host an annual all-employees award night – ‘The Qubies’.

The winner of this award is recognised for demonstrating excellence as a ‘culture champion’. Someone who cares about and takes care of their Qube family (their Whānau).
The winner of this award is recognised for being a safety leader – for making a difference to safety culture at Qube, for leading the way with improved processes, ideas or innovations. The winner of this award lives and breathes safety leadership.

Recognising the importance of innovation for Qube’s sustained growth and future success, the Innovation Award sees individuals and teams whose new idea has or will deliver a measurable difference, publicly celebrated and rewarded.
