Qube is dedicated to creating an environment in which inclusion, equity and diversity are recognised as being essential to employee well-being which in turn drives performance of the Qube Group.

Qube is committed to incorporating these principles into the Qube Group’s day-to-day business and this commitment is reflected in Qube’s Statement of Values. The Statement of Values recognises our people’s diverse backgrounds, knowledge, skills and experience as one of the important elements in building Qube’s culture to realise our purpose and vision.

We have highlight three core focus areas for our diversity and inclusion practices and actively encourage education and participation across these areas throughout our organisation.

Gender Diversity

Qube is committed to a diverse workforce that encourages and seeks to encourage people from all backgrounds.

To encourage female and non-binary participation, Qube implements recruitment strategies such as:

  • Educational sponsorships
  • Cadetships

Qube recognises and celebrates International Womens’ Day each year to showcase females within the organisation and encourage female participation. Qube also actively participates in school-based STEM programs to encourage the next generation and is a partner organisation with UniqYou.

LGBTQI+ Inclusion

Qube understands that a workplace with a culture that allows team members to feel included, and encouraged to bring their whole selves to work, enables diversity to flourish, creating better experiences for our teams and customers whilst contributing to business success. Qube is dedicated to creating an environment in which inclusion, equity and diversity are recognised as being essential to employee well-being which in turn drives the performance of the Qube Group.

In order to recognise and celebrate our cultural diversity, Qube undertakes the follows initiatives:

  • Each year Qube recognises and celebrates IDAHOBIT Day. IDAHOBIT stands for the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Interphobia and Transphobia. Learn more here: https://qube.com.au/idahobit/
  • Qube is proud to partner with the Pinnacle Foundation to support educational scholarhips, mentoring and opportunities for young LGBTIQ+ Australians to realise their full potential. Learn more here: https://thepinnaclefoundation.org/

Indigenous Engagement

Qube recognises the traditional rights of Indigenous peoples and acknowledge their right to maintain their cultures, identities, traditions and customs. Qube is committed to engaging and supporting Indigenous peoples through local community engagement, proactive employment and traineeship programs and partnerships with organisations such as Clontarf Foundation.
