Gender Diversity.

Qube is committed to a diverse workforce that encourages and seeks to encourage people from all backgrounds.

To encourage female and non-binary participation, Qube implements recruitment strategies such as:

  • Educational sponsorships
  • Cadetships

Qube recognises and celebrates International Womens’ Day each year to showcase females within the organisation and encourage female participation. Qube also actively participates in school-based STEM programs to encourage the next generation and is a partner organisation with UniqYou.

Gender Diversity LGBTQIA+ Inclusion.

Qube understands that a workplace with a culture that allows team members to feel included, and encouraged to bring their whole selves to work, enables diversity to flourish, creating better experiences for our teams and customers whilst contributing to business success. Qube is dedicated to creating an environment in which inclusion, equity and diversity are recognised as being essential to employee well-being which in turn drives the performance of the Qube Group.

In order to recognise and celebrate our cultural diversity, Qube undertakes the following initiatives:
  • Each year, Qube recognises and celebrates Pride Month. Raising awareness and creating allies throughout the month of June, Pride Month is a time for celebration and acceptance of all our LGBTIQA+ employees.
  • Qube is proud to partner with the Pinnacle Foundation to support educational scholarships, mentoring and opportunities for young LGBTIQA+ Australians to realise their full potential. We’re also proud to actively participate in the Midsumma Pride March and the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade, standing hand-in-hand with our partners at the Pinnacle Foundation each year.
