Our commitment to Indigenous Peoples.
Our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is a practical plan of action built on our values of integrity, inclusion and opportunity.

It provides a framework to bring our values to life by fostering meaningful connections with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, promoting mutual respect and collaboration.
As we take the next step in our reconciliation journey we aim to:
- Continue to grow First Nations participation in our workforce through dedicated programs and pathways to employment.
- Increase the participation of First Nations owned businesses in our supply chain, with an aspiration to achieve 3% participation in identified categories.
- Create culturally safe workplaces, to encourage and support our team members to bring their whole self to work.
This work is led by our RAP Committee who are located across Australia. Their diverse experience brings knowledge and perspectives from across regional, sectorial, professional and cultural backgrounds.

Our Partners.
Our aim is to create more employment opportunities within Qube for First Nations young people through partnerships with the Stars Foundation and the Clontarf Foundation.
Clontarf Foundation.

We have partnered with Clontarf Foundation to improve the education, discipline, life skills, self-esteem and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men across Australia. With over 160 school-based academies, Qube can connect and engage with First Nations youth through a range of activities and events, employment forums, and cultural experiences.
NASCA.

NASCA provides wrap-around support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, so they can thrive and succeed at school.
Their culture-based approach, focussed primarily on young women, connects our young Mob to Culture to improve their social and emotional well-being and educational outcomes.
With over 30 Academies across New South Wales and the Northern Territory, NASCA currently support almost 1600 students each year with a 93% graduation rate.
